We are happy to accept returns within 21 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange for an item of equal value, or store credit. Items returned after the 21-day return period are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in unworn and unused condition.
To start a return, please email elizabeth@romanercreative.com with your order number. We’ll help you process your return and provide a shipping label. Simply repackage your item and drop it off at the post office.
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
Because many of our products are made on-demand, it may take us a bit longer to deliver them to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
As an additional thank you for supporting our small business, we offer FREE SHIPPING on every order!
Miami in the winter, the Hamptons in the summer, and Manhattan in the fall. We do not currently operate any boutiques, but we hope to in the future.
